Both. We work with clients in person throughout Pennsylvania and the East Coast, and virtually with clients nationwide. Many coaching and training engagements are a mix of both depending on what works best for your team.
The DISC assessment itself takes about 15 minutes to complete online. After that, you receive a detailed personal report. We also offer debrief sessions to walk through your results and help you apply them — those are typically 60 minutes.
